Onboarding Offer Terms and Conditions
Introduction
The ‘Onboarding Offer’ gives UK wide customers the chance to receive a Bizline branded bag containing Bizline tools (the “Gift”), when they open an account and meet the qualifying requirements at participating Rexel and Denmans branch. Eligibility is subject to verification by the Promoter.
The Promotion is operated by Rexel UK Limited (the “Promoter”), trading as Rexel and Denmans and is open to eligible customers across the United Kingdom (UK).
A third-party provider ‘TTMA’ will be responsible for the distribution of Gifts on behalf of the Promoter, following successful qualification.
Terms and Conditions
1. This Promotion is offered by Rexel UK Limited, a private limited company registered in England and Wales, with company registration number 00434724, and registered office address at Eagle Court 2 Hatchford Brook, Hatchford Way, Sheldon, Birmingham, England, B26 3RZ. The Promoter trades in the UK under the brand names ‘Rexel’ and ‘Denmans’. References in these terms and conditions to ‘Rexel’ or ‘Denmans’ means the Promoter trading under the relevant brand.
2. By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any applicable promotional materials.
3. The Promotion is not open employees of Rexel UK Limited, its group companies, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the administration of the Promotion (including agencies or event suppliers).
4. Participation is open only to UK based customers, aged 18 or over, who open or hold, valid trade accounts with Rexel or Denmans. Eligible purchases must be made through participating Rexel or Denmans branches within the UK.
5. The Promotion runs from 01/03/2026 and will continue until withdrawn by the Promoter. inclusive. Any qualifying purchases must be made while the Promotion is active. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Promotion at any time. Any such changes will not affect customers who have already met the qualifying criteria prior to the date of the change or withdrawal.
6. To qualify, customers must spend £300 (excluding VAT)across a minimum of three (03) separate orders, within 30 days , of the first qualifying order.
7. Customers may only redeem the Promotion once per account.
8. All entries will be validated by the Promoter. Once validated, the gift will be dispatched by TTMA on behalf of the Promoter.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to reject or disqualify any entries it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, invalid or in breached of these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter’s decision on the validity of entries will be final.
10. The Gift consists of a Bizline branded bag containing Bizline tools, which are subject to availability. If stocks become exhausted, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Gift with an alternative of equal or greater value. No cash alternative will be offered.
11. Following validation of eligibility, participants will receive a confirmation of their entitlement to the Gift, and details of how it will be fulfilled. Any online or digital notification relating to the Gift may remain accessible for a period of up to thirty (30) days from the date of issue. This access period is provided for convenience only and does not affect the availability, validity, or redemption of the Gift, which will be subject to applicable qualification criteria and fulfilment arrangements.
12. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss arising from participation in the Promotion or use of the Gift. Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
13.Personal data supplied during this promotion will be processed by the Promoter as Data Controller for the purpose of administering the Promotion, verifying the eligibility and prize fulfilment. Personal data will be retained for no longer than necessary for these purposes and in accordance with our Privacy Notice . Personal Data will not be used for marketing unless consent has been separately obtained.
14. These Terms and Conditions are be governed by the laws of England & Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes or claims arising in connection with the Promotion, except that residents of Scotland may also bring proceedings in Scottish Courts.
15. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from negligence, or in respect of fraud, the Promoter, their group companies, their employees, and their agents exclude responsibility and all liability to the maximum extent permitted by law, including in respect of (without limitation):
(a). any postponement or cancellation of the Promotion;
(b). any changes to, supply of or use of the prize; and
(c). any act or default of any third-party supplier, which are beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
