Sounder Multitone Open Area Red For XP95

Apollo XP95 Multi-Tone Open-Area Sounder is designed for use in open areas and can be connected to any Discovery or XP95 system. The multi-tone open-area alarm device is powered directly from the loop and need no external power supply. It operates at 18 to 28VDC and is polarity sensitive. Synchronisation of the tones ensures the integrity of the signal - tones from different sounders do not merge into one signal that could be mistaken for a different tone. A nominal sound output of 100dBA is achieved at a current consumption of 5mA in the case of the sounder and 9mA for the sounder beacon. Many control panels will be able to drive up to 20 sounders per loop on average. The device will operates only with control equipment using the Apollo XP95 or Discovery protocol. The features of the multi-tone open-rea alarm device is available only when the sounder is connected to a control panel with the appropriate software.
