The Newlec NL-PIVH is a loft-mounted positive input ventilation system designed to improve indoor air quality and control condensation across the whole home. Ideal for properties with a usable loft, it continually introduces clean, filtered air into living spaces, helping to dilute indoor pollutants and manage humidity to reduce mould and mildew. Typically supplying air from a central point—such as the landing in a house or the main hallway in a bungalow—the unit delivers a gentle, consistent airflow that reaches every room. By drawing on the naturally warmer loft environment, it can temper incoming air for comfort and help minimise cold spots and stale conditions that cause condensation. For added comfort in cooler weather, the NL-PIVH is available with an integral electric heater that automatically warms the supply air when needed. This feature helps maintain a pleasant indoor climate without overworking your primary heating system. With quiet, low-energy operation and straightforward maintenance, the NL-PIVH provides an unobtrusive, set-and-forget solution to year-round ventilation—reducing the need to open windows and supporting a fresher, healthier home.
