REXEL & DENMANS EFL - POWERING DREAMS
Celebrating the people, communities and customers at the heart of football
As the Official Electrical Wholesaler of the EFL, Rexel and Denmans are proud to support grassroots football across the UK. Through our Powering Dreams initiative, we give our customers, colleagues, and football fans the opportunity to make a lasting impact at the grassroots level.
In Season 1, thousands of nominations resulted in over 150 grassroots youth teams receiving brand-new kit packs –delivering real investment to the volunteers, players, and clubs who keep local football alive.
As we move into Season 2, our partnership continues to celebrate the inspiring stories behind these football journeys and empower the next generation. Every team supported represents a dream powered by community.
Unsung Heroes
Every Dream Needs Someone Behind It
Every football journey starts somewhere. Long before trophies and pro contracts, players rely on the people who believe in them and push them forward. That's the inspiration behind Rexel and Denmans's new Unsung Heroes series. Through our EFL partnership, we sit down with football legends to celebrate the mentors who helped power their dreams.
Episode 1: Bayo Akinfenwa
EFL legend Bayo Akinfenwa reunites with former pro footballer and mentor Gifton Noel-Williams, sharing how friendship and guidance shaped Bayo's early career. Success in football is rarely achieved alone.
Episode 2: Wes Morgan
EFL legend Wes Morgan reunites with former Leicester City Welfare Officer Dale Bradshaw, sharing how her quiet strength and guidance helped shape his journey to the top. True resilience is built long before you ever step onto the pitch.
