Same day delivery in major towns and cities across the UK:
- Order before 12 noon weekdays only for delivery that day.

Delivery restriction:
- Next Day Delivery options are not available to our 48 Hour Areas or Remote Areas.
- Applies to all products unless otherwise stated on the product page.
- We do not currently offer delivery to The Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland, PO Box or BFPO Addresses

Delivery Charge Applicability
Delivery charges may apply for deliveries, particularly for items such as solar panels, batteries, cable or other large products. Charges are determined based on weight and the standard charging matrix of the delivery service provider (e.g., UPS or SW) and may result in multiple chargers being applied.
Is the item returnable?
No minimum order is required; however, larger items (e.g., solar panels) may incur additional carriage costs. Click here for details on the returns policy.
Failed Deliveries:
In cases of failed collections or deliveries, a fixed charge may apply.
Insurance and Liability:
Insurance coverage is provided up to a specified amount (e.g., £60 per package
Claims and Refunds:
Refunds for late deliveries due to errors by the delivery service provider are subject to their money-back guarantee policy. Claims must be made directly to the sell branch or customer service teams in writing within 7 days. Click here for details on the returns policy.
Payment Terms:
Payments for delivery charges are due within 30 days of invoicing. Alternative payment options, such as direct debit or credit/debit card, may be available.
Customer Responsibilities:
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding delivery site access and any restrictions. Misidentification of delivery requirements may result in additional fees.

FAQs
Can I order my delivery to go to site or another address?
Yes. There is an opportunity for you to enter the delivery address details during Checkout. Or, if you are registered with Rexel, you can add in additional addresses in 'My Account'.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you wish to cancel your order please contact your branch. You may also call 0330 0450 606 (mobile friendly).

What happens if I am out when the delivery driver comes?
All orders will require a signature on delivery. If you have supplied your mobile number the driver will try and contact you. However, if no one is available to sign for the delivery and we are unable to contact you, your local branch will contact you to rearrange delivery.
I am ordering from Northern Ireland, how long can I expect to wait for delivery?
A full next day service is available for Northern Ireland. Same day delivery is available in Belfast.
