XPSUVN is a safety module for interruption of safety-related electrical circuits. XPSUVN provides for sensorless standstill monitoring of a motor, and measures the residual voltage that is generated by remanent magnetization after power to the motor is removed and while it coasts down. The voltage is measured via an analog voltage measuring input to determine when standstill has actually been reached.
- · This safety relay is designed for zero speed monitoring with delayed access to dangerous area.
- · The safety relay is powered with 48 to 240V AC/DC, and equipped with a screw removable terminal block.
- · This universal safety module embeds pre-defined safety functions, or selectable safety functions via rotary selectors.
- · This safety relay embeds 3 safety inputs, 1 NO output configurable between 0,5s and 60s, and 2solid state diagnostic outputq with complete status information.
- · The maximum safety level achieved by this safety relay is PLe/Category 3 conforming to ISO 13849-1, SILCL 3 conforming to IEC 62061 and SIL 3 conforming to IEC 61508.
- · This safety relay weighs 0,200kg. Its dimensions are 22,5mm (Width) x 120mm (Depth) x 100mm (Height).
- · This safety relays is suitable for applications such as Food and Beverage, Hoisting, Material Handling, Material Working, Packaging.
