We’re still putting safety and service first!
We hope you have been keeping well through the crisis. Just a quick update on our safety measures following the changes on 19th July:
As you will know by now, government guidance on COVID-19 changed last week, but we want to reassure you that we’ll still be taking care of you and our teams so you receive a safe, easy and efficient service when you visit our branches.
In line with the government guidance to act responsibly, we will continue to provide hand sanitiser and protective screens will remain on our counters. In some of our smaller branches we will keep the limited numbers and one-way systems in place.
Wearing facemasks in England is no longer a legal requirement as of 19th July, but it is still advisory in enclosed spaces so we are encouraging our customers to wear a face covering when visiting our branches. Our teams will continue to wear them and will keep a safe distance when serving you.
For our customers and colleagues in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, face coverings remain mandatory unless exempt, as set out in government guidance.
We’d like to thank you for helping us keep you and all our branch visitors safe. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we get through this difficult time together.
