 Information and tracking tools

Special actions are undertaken at the local and worldwide levels to involve all stakeholders in the Group's ambitions:

- The Sustainable Development report (download 5 Mb) - see the online version

- The Ethics Guide sets out the shared values and practices and invites all employees to ask the right questions so that they can act responsibly in their everyday tasks. These values include, among others, respect, loyalty, integrity, transparency, and are vitally important in every country where the Group operates. The Ethics Guide concerns all employees, at every level and in every job.

- The Rexel Environmental Charter and Guide for the Environment are posted at all Group sites to encourage frontline employees to adopt best practices.
