Rexel and performance indicators

Rexel has developed a number of social and environmental criteria to measure its performance in both sectors and meet shared aims to:

• comply with external reporting requirements, such as obligations resulting from new economic regulatory legislation,
• provide increasingly reliable and transparent data for all stakeholders,
• improve the Group's economic, social, and environmental performance,
• foster the sharing of information, identify and implement best practices across the Group,
• provide data for the management charts used by the Sustainable Development and Human

Resources departments in rolling out these measures. The performance indicators are analyzed and certified by an independent auditor, Ernst & Young.
