A network of ethics correspondents was set up in all the countries where REXEL operates. These correspondents are in charge, in particular, of the distribution of the Ethics Guide to all employees, of contributing to the implementation of the Group ethics principles and practices and of answering the questions which can be sent to them by all the stakeholders of the Group.

Rexel encourages the open discussion and does not tolerate any measures of reprisal to whoever would have raised or tried to resolve a problem dealing with ethics. The questioning of employees will be handled with full respect for confidentiality.
